Historical Markers in Fort Worth and Tarrant County
As a true sign of the rich history of this area, there are almost 300 Texas State Historical Markers in Tarrant County. Over half of those are in the city of Fort Worth!

One of our projects here at FortWorthHistory.com is to document and photograph each of these markers and present them here. As we complete each marker, we will link to its information on this page. We hope that you enjoy this "virtual historic tour" of Fort Worth and Tarrant County!
